Our stay at the Wilbur Mansion was a highlight!!! We were struck by the warm welcome, classy vibe, and a large, spotlessly clean room. But the highlight was the amazing service we received from the bar staff. They recommended and crafted special cocktails that exceeded our every expectation. They even recommended a Winter Whiskey from a PA distillery that we visited later in our trip!!! Our nightcaps made for a restful night in our quiet and very comfortable room!!! And then we awoke to a breakfast basket to kick off our day just right!!! We hope to visit again.

We made this reservation awhile back as it was close enough to the Lehigh University. The selling point of this hotel is that it is not your typical cookie cutter type restaurant and definitely has its original charm given it was erected in 1864. It only has 9 rooms and was recently renovated. It does resemble a bit of a mansion feel on the outside but stepping in, everything is modern and contemporary. We received a complimentary upgrade to the Superior King room (thank you Lou) and this room is extremely spacious and lovely. It boasts a plush king size bed, ample walk area, modern tv where you can cast your phone, card less door entry, and an amazing bathroom with rainshower and ample natural sunlighting. Come morning, we received a small breakfast breakfast with muffins, OJ, and fruit. All very much touch and are complimentary, along with the bottle of Saratoga water in the room. Now we did have a chance to eat at their in-house restaurant called Swift. We were able to partake in their happy hour menu where a glass of wine is $7 and there were so many choices of food set at $10 happy hour pricing. We had shrimp cocktails which came with 5 large size shrimps, and fried calamari with capers, a Wilburburger with fries...each for $10. My wife ordered the pan seared chilean sea bass for $42. The only minor complaint food wise is the sea bass skin is too charred and the french fries is a bit too fried. But honestly, very minor complaint and everything else menu wise we had were stupendous and shout out to our bartender Katy. We definitely recommend this place and will come back. Update on Nov 30, 2025 We have once again stayed at this beautiful place and am in awe with their attention to details and the lovely holiday decor. We stayed in the premier king with soaking tub room and everything is described to perfection from the spacious bathroom with the soaking tub to the separate get ready changing room. The overall room and establishment decor is one thing, but what elevates this establishment are the personal human connections with the attentive staffs. A huge shoutout to both Sundiata and Lou for their graciousness and hospitality skills. They along with the restaurant bartender tonight, Ashlynn, continue to make us feel like a home away from home. Having been here a few times and been to their restaurant, we highly recommend this place to both locals and visitors.

The Wilbur Mansion is rich in history and was beautifully remodeled in 2021 after being acquired by new owners. I discovered this hidden gem during a meeting with a bartender. Daphney who gave us an in-depth tour, and I was blown away! The drinks were absolutely amazing—one in particular was so aphrodisiac that my girl couldn’t keep her hands off me. The food and desserts were just as incredible, making the entire experience unforgettable. This place offers so much, from cocktail hours and fine dining to luxurious rooms and a stunning venue perfect for grand, sophisticated weddings. The mansion is filled with intricate details, from exquisite wood carvings to a breathtaking glass mosaic at the bar. The venue itself is spacious, bright, and elegantly modern. If you haven’t been here yet, it’s an absolute must-visit!

The staff pays full attention to details and are very inviting and pleasant. The only mistake we made was not booked more days. The dining experience was outstanding, the food was excellent. Also Ashely was a great bartender.

My friend Karen and I enjoyed a delightful happy hour at Wilbur Mansion this past Tuesday. After a long workday, we were warmly welcomed by Ellie, an exceptional bartender. She expertly guided us through the appetizer menu and crafted some truly fantastic cocktails. I especially loved the spiced margarita and the mussels, though the sliders and octopus were also quite good. The highlight of our visit was when Ellie took us on a personal tour of the gorgeous mansion itself. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

We just wanted to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude to The Wilbur Mansion for the absolutely fabulous experience you provided on our wedding weekend. Everything was truly seamless—we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect celebration. From the second we arrived to the moment we left on Monday morning, it felt like we were at home, hosting a family gathering. That kind of authenticity and intimacy is rare, and it made the entire weekend feel so special. The venue itself is stunning, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about how beautiful the space was and how flawlessly everything came together. The staff was exceptional—warm, professional, and on top of every detail. You brought our vision to life in a way that exceeded our expectations. Our wedding party was blown away by the accommodations—jaws were on the floor all weekend! And the overall atmosphere created the perfect balance of elegance and comfort. It was simply magical from start to finish. Thank you again to everyone at The Wilbur Mansion for making our big day (and entire weekend) feel so unforgettable. We are beyond grateful!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here, and the experience did not disappoint! The interior is gorgeous, full of elaborate dark wood paneling (and it's even prettier at Christmastime), and the service and food were excellent. We had the drunken mussels appetizer (our favorite) as well as the crab cakes (extremely generous portions and all crab, no filler!) and mushroom risotto. Cocktails are classic, but spot on. It's definitely a special occasion spot, but we hope to come back!

My wife and I recently stayed at The Wilbur Mansion. We are reasonably seasoned travelers, including Ritz Carlton stays. The friendliness, professionalism and service we received were equal to the best hotel experience we have ever received. Karl and Kathleen P

We stayed at the Wilbur for a night in late July to see a concert at Bethlehem's Art Quest at the Steel Mill. We were greeted joyfully by Sundiata (the food and beverage director). He shared the history of the hotel and helped us to our gorgeous room on the 3rd floor. Our children loved their special bedroom in the suite because of the slanted roof and cute little circular windows from which to look out. The Swift was closed for a brief renovation, otherwise we would have dined for dinner. Great staff, great location with views of the river, gorgeous decor, amazing rainfall shower, and such comfortable beds. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
